She supports her clients working through anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. She has many years experience in the hospital settings in pediatric and palliative care.

Rebecca empowers clients to use coping skills to manage various mental health challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, and impulsivity. Her collaborative and creative approach fosters a safe and supportive environment for personal growth. She works with children as well, utilizing art and play therapy to help them learn to self-regulate and manage their behaviors.

For many years, she has supported children, teens, and parents as well, offering valuable feedback on behavioral challenges.

Guadalupe Hernandez has experience working with children and adults with depressed mood, ADHD, anxiety, recovery, trauma and familial difficulties. She is especially compassionate and her approach is creative and person-centered. She has worked with diverse populations across clinical and school-based settings, ensuring adaptability and expertise. She is bilingual.
