Beth is an expert in developmental challenges at each stage of life. She provides parental guidance and helps children and teens express themselves. In her work with adults, Beth is a compassionate professional, highly trained in bereavement counseling, anxiety, losses, and medical conditions. She supports her clients working through anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. She has many years experience in the hospital settings in pediatric and palliative care.

Rebecca is a compassionate and empathetic professional counselor and art therapist. She utilizes a person-centered and cognitive-behavioral therapy approach to help individuals explore and express their emotions, and thoughts. Rebecca empowers clients to use coping skills to manage various mental health challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, and impulsivity. Her collaborative and creative approach fosters a safe and supportive environment for personal growth. She works with children as well, utilizing art and play therapy to help them learn to self-regulate and manage their behaviors.

Emilee has extensive experience working with adults, teens and children. She has supported clients with medical illness, ADHD, behavior management, anxiety, depression and self-harming behaviors. She has worked in school systems and the inpatient hospital settings before coming to private practice.

Guadalupe Hernandez has experience working with children and adults with depressed mood, ADHD, anxiety, recovery, trauma and familial difficulties. She is especially compassionate and her approach is creative and person-centered. She has worked with diverse populations across clinical and school-based settings, ensuring adaptability and expertise. She is bilingual.
