This group is for young adults looking to build a healthier, more intentional relationship with technology and social media. Inspired by The Art of Thriving Online by Amelia Knott, the group provides a supportive and creative space to explore digital overwhelm, social comparison, boundaries, screen habits, and the impact of online spaces on our well-being. Through reflection, discussion, and creative activities, participants will learn ways to engage with the digital world while staying connected to themselves and what matters most offline.
