Fees and Insurance

We accept Cigna, Health First and MVP. We accept other insurances if they reimburse for out of network benefits and a deductible has been met. We cannot guarantee any insurance reimbursement however and encourage you to call your plan to see if they cover psychotherapy sessions out of network. The out of pocket fee is $165 per session due on the day of the visit.

Children

We include the parents of younger children in the beginning of the session for a check in and parental support. For teens, we will work exclusively with the client. Parents of teens can call or email the therapist any concerns that they are having at home.

Adults

We see adults both in person and virtually. We use traditional talk therapy along with art therapy for trauma, expression and managing anxiety.

Frequency

We encourage weekly visits at first. There is no contract, but we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
